Dry Needling

Dry needling is a therapeutic procedure that involves advancing a tiny filament needle into the soft tissue region of a 'trigger point' in order to release shortened bands of muscles, decrease trigger point activity and calm the nervous system.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of massage therapy which utilizes negative pressure (vacuum) to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, increase hydration and blood flow to tissues and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening the lymphatic pathways.

Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy encompasses expert physical therapy treatment techniques delivered with a therapist's hands.  This includes soft tissue mobilization (massage, cupping, myofacial release), joint mobilization / manipulation, manual traction and trigger point dry needling.

Speech Therapy

Our Speech Language Pathologist can work with adult clients to develop a treatment plan to address voice, swallowing, language, or cognitive therapy needs.
