Erica Essex-Vance


Erica graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. She has experience in various states across the country and has worked with a wide variety of patient’s, diagnosis and practice settings. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and has a particular love for outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy. She performs manual therapy including soft tissue mobilization, spinal mobilizations, dry needling, stretching, taping and cupping in combination with therapeutic exercises and movement assessment and training in order to optimize function and movement.

She is excited to be a part of the Joint Effort Rehab team and a community where she can serve and help others. She believes in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere in which people can be inspired and motivated to rehab and restore their bodies. Erica believes in living an active lifestyle and in her free time she enjoys CrossFit training, hiking, running, hunting with her husband, spending time with friends and family and traveling.
