Easy Referral Process

Our 1 Step Referral Process makes it easy to get your patients started right away. Simply fax the following three items:

1. Patient's script for therapy
2. Patient's information/demographics
3. A copy of insurance card

We will then:

1. Obtain the authorization & benefits
2. Call to schedule the patient
3. Fax your office a confirmation of the patient's appointment

Same Day Appointments

Both our locations have a "Same Day Appointment" policy and are able to get your patients started quickly.

More Time With Patients

We intentionally limit the number of patients our therapists treat in order to provide the quality care and result you expect.

Communication

Our communication with you and your office is accurate and timely. We believe it is vitally important to keep you informed on your patient's progress.
