Joint Effort is privileged to be working with Heidi Burnett, MA, CCC-SLP. Heidi has abundant experience working in hospital and clinic-based services with adult clients experiencing a wide variety of cognitive therapies, dysphagia, voice, speech/language and communication disorders.

- Evaluation and treatment of acquired cognitive impairments
- Evaluation and treatment of dysphagia by Modified Barium Swallow Studies and in-clinic assessments
- Treatment of dysphagia with exercise, compensatory strategies, diet modifications, DPNS, and Vital Stim modalities
- Evaluation and treatment for speech and dysphagia disorders during and after head and neck cancer treatment
- Evaluation and treatment for use of augmentative communication devices
- Patient and family education and training.
