Easy Referral Process
Our 1 Step Referral Process makes it effortless for you to get your patients started right away.

Simply fax the following three items:

Patient's script for therapy
Patient's information/demographics
A copy of insurance card

We will then:

Obtain the authorization & benefits
Call to schedule the patient
Fax your office a confirmation of the patient's appointment

Same Day Appointments
Both our locations have a "Same Day Appointment" policy; therefore we are able to get your patients started when you are ready.

More Time With Patients
We intentionally limit the number of patients our therapists treat in order to provide the quality care and result you expect.
