| Nancy Brooke (Physical Therapist Assistant) |
| Nancy has worked in physical rehabilitation since 2003. She received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Pueblo Community College in 2005, and joined Joint Effort in 2007. Outside of the clinic, she specializes in hippotherapy (physical therapy using a horse), and volunteers at a not for profit organization here in Colorado Springs. In her free time she enjoys reading, taking walks with her dog, and biking with her husband. |

| Debbie Edwards (Physical Therapist / Certified Manual Therapist) |
| Debbie graduated from Loma Linda University in 1993 with a Masters of Physical Therapy and has practiced in Colorado Springs since then. Her area of expertise is orthopedics, specializing in manual therapy for the spine and extremities. Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, as well as skiing and scuba diving. |

| Kevin Hyland (Physical Therapist/Owner ) |
| Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1993. He received his Physical Therapy degree and National Certification in Athletic Training. Kevin has been practicing in Colorado Springs since 1993 and joined the Joint Effort team in 2001. He not only runs and operates our South office location, but also shares in ownership. Kevin's expertise in athletic injuries, manual spine therapy and custom orthotics is a valuable asset. He enjoys spending his free time with his family. |

| Doug Rees (Physical Therapist/Owner) |
| Doug is one of the founders of Joint Effort. He is a 1979 graduate of Wichita State University and has been practicing in Colorado Springs since 1983. Professionally, Doug focuses on the cervical spine, upper back, shoulder and lower extremity disorders. Doug spends his free time with his family and enjoys skiing. |

| Tamara Robinson (Physical Therapist Assistant) |
| Tamara graduated from the Community College of Southern Nevada in 1998. She joined the Joint Effort team in 2007. Tamara enjoys working with a variety of people with an emphasis on soft tissue massage and cervical spine disorders. In her spare time, Tamara enjoys volunteer work, hiking, and kayaking with her family. |

| Bryan Warlick (Physical Therapist) |
| Bryan is originally from Euharlee, Georgia. He is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, where he received a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Bryan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has been on several medical mission trips to Ecuador, Belize, Bulgaria, and the Philippines to serve populations with limited availability to healthcare. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, especially hiking, skiing, fishing and bouldering. |

| Carol Buchholz (Administrative Assistant) |
| Carol graduated from the University of Colorado in 1972 with a BA in English, and obtained her teaching license in 1973. She later earned her MA in Teaching from Colorado College and taught in School District 11 for 31 years before retiring. In 2007, she came to work for Joint Effort Rehab. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons. In addition, she reads, crochets, goes to the gym, and plays her sax. Belle, her dog, also demands regular walks. |

| Darcie Carter (Administrative Assistant) |
| Darcie moved from California to Colorado in the fall of 1996. She has worked in the medical field for 16 years. During their free time, she and her husband enjoy kayaking, off-roading and spending time with their 3-month-old grandson. Darcie also raises hedgehogs. |

| Joyce Moore (Administrative Assistant) |
| Originally from Delaware, Joyce arrived in Colorado Springs in 1975 courtesy of the USAF. She has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 1985 with a focus in sports and rehab. When not working, she divides her time between dance, musical theatre, bicycling, and hiking with her husband and their dogs. |

| Jennifer joined Joint Effort in 2005 to market our workers' compensation program. She is a Colorado native, attended Regis University, and has worked in the field of occupational medicine since 1988. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and family, cooking , volunteering, reading and snowboarding. |

| Jane graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration. She has been working in physical therapy as a finance and accounting manager since 1987. Jane is one of the founders of Joint Effort and is the Finance Manager. When Jane is not working, she spends time with her family and enjoys reading. |

| Melissa Smith (Marketing & Business Development) |
| Melissa graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1996 with a degree in Recreational Therapy. After moving to Colorado Springs in 1999, she began working in marketing, grantwriting, and community development for a large nonprofit agency. She joined the Joint Effort team in June 2007. Melissa enjoys camping, volunteering, skiing and hiking with her husband and two children. |

| Connie Travaille (Billing Specialist) |
| Connie graduated business college in 1985 and has been working in medical billing for the past 17 years. Connie joined the Joint Effort team in 2002 and has been responsible for the billing department. When Connie is not at the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and 2 sons, camping, hiking, skiing or gardening. |
